This document details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13, which came into effect in August 2025). The provisions of this document apply in addition to those set forth in the Privacy Protection Law. In the event of any conflict between this document and the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, the provisions of the Law shall prevail.
Definitions
Personal Information – Any information that identifies an individual directly or indirectly, such as name, address, email, phone number, IP address.
Sensitive Information – Personal information regarding an individual’s health, financial, or personal status, including details of personal events, personal information about third parties provided by the user while using the site, images, files, or designs containing such information, as well as information containing means of identification, such as ID number.
Data Processing – Any operation performed on personal information, including collection, storage, use, sharing, or deletion.
Data Controller – The entity that determines the purposes and means of data processing (the site operator).
Data Processor – An external entity that processes personal information on behalf of the data controller.
Types of Information Collected

Legal Basis for Data Processing

You are entitled to request deletion of information about you, and in such case the deletion will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law and the exceptions set forth therein, for example information that must be retained by law, and thereafter the information will be deleted or rendered anonymous.
Transfer of Information to Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
Storage, security, and maintenance providers.
Advertising platforms (Google, Meta), subject to their policies.
Competent authorities, if required by court order/law.
When information is transferred to a data processor or any third party, the transfer will be made only to the extent necessary for the purpose for which the information was provided, and subject to an agreement containing provisions for confidentiality, security, and use for the defined purpose only.
Third-Party Links
Clicking on links to external websites and navigating to them is subject to the privacy policies and security procedures and measures of those third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these parties or for the security of their websites.
Information Security
The site operates on a secure protocol (SSL) to encrypt transmitted information. We employ reasonable administrative, technological, and physical measures to protect the information, including access control and two-factor authentication where relevant. Nevertheless, no security system is completely immune, and therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights as a User

We will handle your request promptly and within the timeframes set by law and will update you on the outcome. Every marketing message (if sent) will include an opt-out mechanism.
Limitation of Liability
We employ reasonable technological and organizational protection measures to reduce risks of unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of information. However, no system is completely immune, and we are not responsible for damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We recommend that you take precautionary measures on your end (for example, protecting your end device and avoiding sending sensitive information through unsecured channels) and consider what information to share. In any event, we will not be liable for any damage that may occur, if it occurs. Use of the site and browsing it constitute consent to this limitation of liability.
Minors
The service is not intended for those under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If You Do Not Agree to the Privacy Policy
We believe in complete transparency with our users. Continued browsing and use of the site constitute consent to the privacy policy as detailed in this document. If you do not agree with the manner in which we operate regarding personal information or with the policy terms detailed here – you must stop browsing the site.
Changes to the Policy
We may update the policy from time to time and we reserve the right to make these updates at our discretion, including in accordance with technological or legal needs and changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. In the event that we make material changes, they will be displayed prominently on the site before they take effect.
